As QF Platinum (Emerald) more than 80 hrs before departure, I am offered row 2 and 3 in the 737s - never seen row 1 until 80 hours prior..
So even if you could get a status match, you'd only be move forward by 1 row since I doubt you'd get the required CL/P1 required to access row 1 from time of booking.
Make sure to allow plenty of time to visit the SYD and MEL Business Lounges. The other cities in you itinerary “only” have standard lounges - which are still quite good.

I'm going to caution here. The Domestic Business Class Lounges (where available) used to be quite good but these days the quality of offerings and the overall experience has dipped. I certainly wouldn't be looking to extend my stay anytime just to experience domestic J lounge. I would recommend additional time at Sydney to visit the Heritage Museum (if that's your thing, it' opening times coincide with your flights AND it has reopened from its sojourn when you're travelling). Also I personally rate the ADL Qantas Club a cut above the "standard lounges" that
