I booked a trip and chose A350 flights to get the Club Suite product. The equipment changed to A380s, so Club World. The web site wants nearly $1k each to change to the 777 flights (which are currently showing CS) because 'I' inventory is gone. I called BA and the agent said since the flights weren't cancelled all she could do was cancel our trip and give us a voucher. Was the agent correct or should I call back?
