AMEX Fine Hotel Reservation / Confirmation doesn't work on Marriott website?
When I've booked hotels using AMEX FHR, I've never had an issue with being able to immediately view my reservation on the respective hotel company's website when I'v entered my membership number.
However, last night I booked a two-night stay at a St Regis and the confirmation number provided by AMEX FHR is a few digits too long for the Marriott website so I can't locate my reservation. I did enter my Bonvoy number when making the reservation.
I have another AMEX FHR reservation at a Marriott property on the same trip and it's showing up in my Bonvoy account.
Has anyone experienced this?
