You may be right...I don't know with any certainty. I just find it somewhat odd that the SG Gov would have two sets of rules for the same flight regarding proof of vaccination - although I recognize the difference between entering SG and transiting.

Given the uncertainty, I would still recommend that the OP call SQ.
