Any recent experiences with entry to Romania via OTP on BA with a UK passport and UK NHS vaccination certificate?
Due to fly to Bucharest next week.
The BA Covid online tool suggests this is possible if double vaccinated with no quarantine but refers me to the Romaniatourism.com website as the definitive source of information. This website (last updated 2nd November) advises UK a "Red list" country so quarantine unless fully vaccinated but then goes on to say:
"Passengers arriving at Bucharest International Airport, from 'red' zones,
can enter Romania using the 'Green Lane' dedicated to vaccinated visitors
if are vaccinated
and can present an European EU Digital COVID Certificate.
Digital Covid Certificates issued by the UK authorities cannot grant (are not accepted for)
entry into Romania via the "Green (Low-risk) Lane"."
I understood UK NHS vaccination certificates were now accepted across the EU in same way as EU Digital Certificate and this is confirmed by the EU website

Verifly doesn't offer Romania for verification.
Which information is correct? Has anyone recently entered Romania successfully using a UK NHS Covid passport via the Romania Green Lane?
