GOL support is absolutely useless. Spend hours on the phone on hold, multiple times, just to have no one ever pick up.

Spend an hour waiting for a chat agent (with a 15-minute estimate), as NUMBER 1 in the queue, to have it disconnect and cancel.

What an absolutely useless company.
