G-XWBI has been assembled in TLS for nearly a year now (G-XWBJ not too far behind it) and I know there are several 787-10’s sitting in the US waiting to be delivered.
At present BA still has a surplus of aircraft vs. it's current flying schedule, so the desire to bring in new aircraft (which must be paid for) vs. using the existing fleet will be low. The fact G-XWBI was brought back from storage and has had some test flights suggests Airbus expect delivery to BA in the near term, but BA might just be maximising the terms of the contract to wait until the last possible moment before they accept it. It remains parked by the delivery centre, so it should be delivered soon. The B781's are a different story - Boeing has been blocked from delivering any B787 aircraft by the FAA due to issues uncovered in their manufacture, and given the issue with the B737-MAX, the FAA will want to be 100% sure all new B787's rolling off the assembly line are safe for the flying public. Until that issue is resolved, expect to see BA's B781 fleet residing in various parts of the U.S.

On a final note - G-TTNP had a short customer acceptance flight today, so I would expect to see that aircraft delivered soon to BA.
