BBQ pork spareribs smoked at 225 for 4.5 hrs.-half glazed with bbq sauce, half dry, homemade potato salad, salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, chives, lime juice. After years of experimenting, I have finally got BBQ ribs down pat, (if I do say so myself, lol)
