Thanks all, yes my YVR-YYC was just changed to a 700 and my Max flight to an 800. Shame, as the only 737 type I hadn't flown on was the 600.

You'll have to go to Algeria or Tunisia to fly on the -600. There are only 12
active airframes, 6 of which operate for the US Air Force.
Of course, if you still want to catch a ride on a -200 through -500, you can head north as these are still active in scheduled service with
Canadian North,
Air Inuit &
Air North.
