You'll have to go to Algeria or Tunisia to fly on the -600. There are only 12 active airframes, 6 of which operate for the US Air Force.
Of course, if you still want to catch a ride on a -200 through -500, you can head north as these are still active in scheduled service with Canadian North, Air Inuit & Air North.
