This is a bit of a soulless hotel within walking distance of the Royal Palace, a castle, and San Carlos opera house. Used SNAs to upgrade to a high floor suite that was quite spacious, spartan, and clean. Had great views of the castle and the cruise ships docked in the harbor. Took the breakfast option and as a previous poster described, was fairly basic with a huge selection of local pastries and breads. View from the Terrace was incredible as well. There was no upcharge from a continental breakfast; I was only asked my room number. Due to COVID restrictions, servers were required to serve you food from the buffet.
WiFi was slow, and the hotel uses a commercial gym next door that I didn't check out as it wasn't open early enough for me.
Taxi from Napoli Centrale was 22 Euros, a number that the taxi driver made up. I would guess that using the meter would have been 15 euros, but there was heavy traffic to the hotel. Half the taxi drivers used the meter, while the other half offered a fixed rate that wasn't too far off from the meter.
While not the best hotel in Naples, I found it to be well situated for my tourist needs. It was also a great property for me to burn a few 35K free night certs too.
