1k flying into Denver today and applied 20 plus points to put me at the top of the upgrade list. Was put on the waitlist and still first as I was boarding the flight and seatmap has 2 empty seats. From my experience, GA likely forgot to clear upgrades. I learned early in my FT membership to wait to board if 1st or 2nd on the list with empty seats, because that does happen. It's gotten me 2 upgrades where I'd otherwise be sitting in E+
