Question VTL Flight without QR Code
Currently we have scheduled VTL flight next week on SQ 37 from LAX - SIN with continue journey to CGK.

Our state is part of MYIR Mobile but they're unable to issue QR code since Oct 22, 2021.
No ETA on when STChealth will be able to issue QR code so it can work with SMART Health Card (SHC).

Can I still board the VTL flight without QR code and only transit in Changi?
Do SQ airport or gate agent check the QR code?

I contacted https://vaccinecheck.us/ to start the process on QR code multiple times, but I have not get any response back from https://vaccinecheck.us/
