Stays there always good. At least for me. Hotel is showing its age and needs a refurb but the staff is always pleasant and the rooms comfortable. Windows definitely need to be cleaned more often. Don't partake in the food options so can't comment on that. As Lifetime Diamond and with Covid they have been waiving the resort and parking fees. No valet when there in August. Always get some kind of an upgrade.
