Thank you for the replies. It's been 4 hours now and nothing, so I suspect not gone through, although I've booked economy seats to make sure I can get there.
I don't think I had selected the seats, the reservation was being made.
I note a bunch of tickets have been made available for this week both inbound and outbound, but none next week (I assume peak thanksgiving season) but is there any chance of them releasing any for the aforementioned dates? I'll drop them a tweet anyway.
