Yeah, it was a one off for me. So a big fat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ to that.
I think the more pressing "issue" are the SEs who demand things from concierges when it is unnecessary.
But then again, what someone may deem as unnecessary might be necessary to the person experiencing it IRL. So then you get FT bun fights as a result.
