Admittedly, I didn't ask about other areas of service she could've been like "maybe someone's trying to reach you by email for assistance" or "maybe an SE is trying to call your phone as we walk!" or "maybe there's an issue you need to deal with but don't know about because you're talking to me!"...

I've had this exact experience in ZRH as well (arriving from YVR direct). Escorted from the plane to the lounge, via customs & security. It seemed unnecessary.
This has been the only time a concierge has met me on arrival, so I guess that's a good thing
