I had this farce occur with some recent AA redemptions.
1) Couldn't log into my booking on QR's website.
2) QR call centre couldn't ID me over the phone insisting my contact info didn't match.
3) AA call centre insist my info is correct.
4) So I call QR and conference in AA. QR agents repeats ad nausea that he can't ID me. When AA agent joins QR agent says they forbid conference calls. AA agent says "Oh my God, what a nightmare."
5) AA agent updates my contact info and reissues the ticket. Issue is resolved the next day.

One other major issues is QR website and app stating
The Same FF number has been entered twice.
It is normal to have duplicate FF numbers in the FQTR or FQTU. You can have to four FF inputs in a single booking. Again, AA had workaround this.The four fields are:
- FQTS – the frequent flyer program that you have status with;
- FQTV – the frequent flyer program with which you’re accruing points & status credits;
- FQTR – for award/redemption bookings, which frequent flyer program was used to make the booking; and
- FQTU – if applicable, the frequent flyer program that points for an upgrade are to be deducted from.

That FF issue is so annoying. Ran into it with QR last year and they told me they took out my FF number and then the contact info issue was bypassed. However, I also had a diff QR agent on a diff res. try that and it did nothing. I had AA take it off to see if that helped the QR agent and it did not. Ultimately QR on the phone can bypass the contact info issue but I still find using Finnair to be the easiest way. Once you update info on Finnair site it always seems to override the contact info issue on QR and you can see the reservation no problem.
