"No issues now", at best, means "no issues now that I'm aware of".
I've certainly deplaned at outstations, needed something, and there's simply been no one in an AC uniform who could help. Just contract staff to push wheelchairs, etc. But no one knew I needed anything.
Apparently there wasn't. She said it was "dead" at the moment. She heavily insisted on accompanying me on my transfer. I guess I could've pointed at the ceiling and said "wow, what's that?" and then ran really fast, really far.
Admittedly, I didn't ask about other areas of service she could've been like "maybe someone's trying to reach you by email for assistance" or "maybe an SE is trying to call your phone as we walk!" or "maybe there's an issue you need to deal with but don't know about because you're talking to me!"...
