Tried to book a business class avios flight, browser crashed now can't find seats

Hi all,

I've just tried to book a LHR to Boston flight on the 17th of Nov, returning on the 22nd using avios and a companion voucher. The outbound seats were economy and the inbound business class. I've gone through the process and my browser crashed whilst it said please wait 90 seconds. I've confirmed no money or avios have left my account but unfortunately I have gone back to book the same seats and they don't appear on the BA search anymore. I have tried contacting BA support via the phone for this, but after 2 hours I've gotten nowhere as I can't seem to reach anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions for anything I could do?
