The lounges are pretty good IMO. Far better than all US business lounges I've been in, and better than most European lounges.

The food and drink is pretty much the same in all from what I can remember.

The First lounge is for Gold BA members (and OneWorld equivalents) who are not travelling in First class. The Concorde Room is for First class and Concorde Room Card holders only.
