Admittedly not due to fly until next year, but found myself looking into the facilities available to Club World travellers at Heathrow T5. From the light research I did, it seems as though the three 'Galleries' lounges are a pretty modest affair, often overcrowded with furniture in a state of disrepair. It looks as though the lounge at the satellite terminal fairs slightly better, but then the play-off seemed to be fewer options in terms of food and drink.

Are the lounges really as disappointing as they look, and if so are there any other options in the terminal (even if at an additional premium). My understanding is that First and Concorde lounges are exclusively for First travellers (clue's in the name) and extremely frequent flyers, so they don't look as if they will be options.
