Right - in terms of hotels, the issue seems to be the most acute at your Ritz, St Regis, etc. I'm pricing out rooms in New Orleans for a wedding next year - cash prices for stuff like JW Marriott, Autograph, seem normal, around $400 a night all in (including taxes); points are 60K, 60K, 50K. Ritz Carlton is asking for $800 a night all in (including taxes); points are 70K, 70K, 60K.
