Last night: charcoal-grilled thick pork chops marinated in soy-hoisin-garlic-brown sugar, grilled asparagus, blueberries & strawberries with Cool Whip, wild rice pilaf, homemade yeast roll, homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream. Oh, and a Diet Dr Pepper
Tonight: Grilled soaked-in-buttermilk then basted with bbq sauce chicken thighs/wings, mixed green salad, home made biscuits, either leftover rice pilaf or baked potatoes.
