Yes, so your eligible flights can be any of:
- BA operated OR BA marketed (the flight doesn't need to be both in this case, so a BA codeshare operated by EI would be fine)
- IB operated AND marketed

If you book those 4 flights under the BA code then they will all be eligible flights, it doesn't matter who operates them or the exact route.
