Hello all. I'm one of those unfortunate ones whose status year ends in April. The reality will hit pretty soon, and I've decided to go out and make a tier point run, to get this over with and to take advantage of the business class sales. I was browsing the BA site and found the following itinerary, all with BA flight numbers:

LAX - MIA (operated by AA) BA2442
MIA - HEL (operated by AY) BA6030
HEL-JFK (operated by AY) BA6051
JFK-LAX (operated by AA) BA4338

I read the requirements in the wiki page and it inidcates:
02 What is a qualifying flight?
Examples of criteria used to determine a qualifying flight:

BA operated + BA flight prefix
BA operated + other flight prefix
Other carrier operated + BA flight prefix
IB operated + IB flight prefix

So I think that we should be okay except none of these segments is with BA and we're not even transiting through LHR. Would we be okay with such itinerary? Just want to make sure as I will need 4 qualifying flights to retain my silver status.
