Yes so they did the same to a few of mine earlier this year back around April/May. I had around half a dozen offline FTVs converted.

FTV evouchers don't appear in your My eVouchers list on BAEC so you need to keep a track of them.

Your GUF should still be there on the voucher, but you may have to call to use it.
