I too have been looking at sensible flights from SEA (BKK to DXB on OW airlines more specifically), and seems there are indeed no flights to/from BKK on RJ Only options on OW are QR and their departure times are pretty terrible (and scarce). I managed to find one or two options on UL as well, but that is not much better (and I believe Sri Lanka is red-listed for most countries still?)
