Only the suites have windows. I personally confirmed this with the FD. We were in the "Balcony" upgraded king rooms and there was definitely absolutely no windows facing the exterior.

Note that this building only has one side facing the exterior, so that's where all the suites are. Everything else has windows facing the internal courtyard which is also painted black so it is quite depressing.
