azepine00 I called because I didn't hear back by email. They manually posted my 50,000 bonus miles while I was on the phone with customer care. When I asked about root cause the phone rep said the system should have known to process the bonus miles when I crossed the flown EQM requirement and that they authorized the manual posting now because of the elapsed time since my qualifying flight (9 days).
