Probably the best approach for large numbers but still with limitations...
While it narrows things down considerably there are still "false positives" eg Springhill with 2Q which apparently are ok for 6 adults.
And of course it doesn't help to identify proper 1 br.
But it helped us to find 2br residence inns on several occasions.
