Yes, of course, the food and especially the alcohol at GHT are much, much better, I don't drink either beer or bubbly, but they had Au Bon Climat still wines, which are about the best I've ever seen in a lounge.
But as far as atmosphere, we prefer the HRT lounge. The table area of the GHT lounge is dark and has the ambience of a school cafeteria.
