Would always enter the EU with an EU passport, in the same way you should enter the UK with a UK passport. With your UK citizen hat on, you're only entitled to stay in the EU for 90 days in every 180, and may have to prove the purpose of your visit or onward travel. Why go through the hassle? The non-EU lanes usually say "all passports" in any case. They aren't going to send you away! 🙂
