Can this be true that the well-run CAT train service is completely stopped for months?
Does anyone have any experience getting from and back to the airport while the CAT is not running?
Thanks in advance

Information on train operationDear customers,
the City Airport Train will resume its operations in spring 2022!
The City Check-In is not available until further notice. All purchased tickets remain valid.
We kindly ask for your understanding and are happy to welcome you onboard again next year.
The S-Bahn (S7) will take you to the same stop (Lamdstrasse-Mitte) as the CAT for just over 4 Euros. At the airport, follow the signs for the trains and you can buy a paper ticket from the machine near the platform or an electronic ticket for your smartphone here:
https://shop.wienerlinien.at/index.p.../page/454.0/0#. It is almost as fast as the CAT and considerably cheaper.
