Question: If I book the following ticket, will I have access to HON lounge in VIE? Regular star gold status but not HON holder.

LH USA-->FRA (in first class; arrive next day; 2.5 hour layover)
OS FRA-->VIE (in business class; 4.5 hour layover)
OS VIE-->BKK (in business class)

So I know I will be able to go to FCT in FRA upon arriving the next morning, but is there a reason why I wouldn't get same day first class lounge access in Vienna too? And is only the Schengen HON lounge open? What happens if i'm departing on a non-Schengen flight?
