Arrived in VIE with 45 minutes to spare before our connecting flight. Immigration was a complete zoo (Saturday evening at the end of Austrian school vacations) and I was very happy that someone from OS had waited for us at the airplane door and cut in front of the line with us. He also cut the line at security, but there was less crowding there anyway.
