The issue is that if one wants to fly using VTL which does not involve quarantine, they must show the Smart Health Card at the airport to board the SQ flight. Since the Smart (not so smart) health card is only used by 5 states, it is clearly not the standard. How come policy makers can choose something that is so poorly enrolled. Singaporeans should be trusted. for a program that obviously is rushed into implementation, more thought must be used and when problems are reported, policy makers must respond if they were not aware initially of the shortcomings.
