I had a 4 night stay at Hyatt Regency San Francisco - due to delays at JFK, I arrived at about 3 AM PST. Checked in without issue, checked out without reviewing bill closely. I see that three nights credit to my Hyatt account instead of 4. This is actually important as I am trying to hit Explorist with 15 nights and the extra night matters. I check my bill and see they mark my first night as a no show, but I am still charged. I definitely slept 4 nights at the property. Is this Hyatt/hotel policy or can someone at the property or corporate help me out?
