Any insights on points earning exclusions? My experience with other resorts has been that transfers and watersports are excluded from points earnings, and I'm about to submit an adjustment request, so not sure what to expect.
My bill was ~26K (11K of which was on the St. Regis branded Yacht Norma). Food spend was in the realm of $3K, room upgrade spend was ~$4500, spa spend was ~$2K. Remainder was on scuba diving and TMA seaplane.
It would suck, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the yacht was excluded, despite it being owned by St. Regis. But I only received 17K points as a Platinum Member, so no matter what, something is way wrong.
