you need to have the availability of MLE-JFK in order to book at the rate of 121K (saver rate).

Even if MLE-SIN n SIN-JFK is available, doesn’t mean that MLE-JFK is available.

when you try to book mixed class from MLE-JFK, there is no availability of SIN-JFK (J) under the married segment. So agent is telling no more award.

since MLE-SIN (Y) is available n SIN-JFK (J) is available separately , then maybe you need to tell agent to book 2 separate rewards but need them to link up the booking due to the transit restrictions. And this is cheaper (18K + 99K)

a single mixed class award might not be available (this is as usual SQ IT limitation).
