Thank you for looking. When you say 14 pax booked is that the whole plane or business?

Trying to book mixed cabin saver award. MLE-SIN(Economy) SIN-JFK (Business). Rep swears up and down all of business is booked and she can only book me into premium economy. Says all of the Saver space I see on the website doesn’t actually exist.
