If someone is still scared to leave their house, go out, live their life etc despite having 4 boosters of a vaccine, triple masking, wiping down every surface 4 times and not getting closer than 20 feet to another person..that is their right absolutely but maybe they should temper their expectations and maybe stay home if they genuinely feel unsafe. I don't go to Iran despite my great desire for example, because I have a genuine fear for overall safety for myself for many reasons.
