That's the frustration. When I used the automated menu I indicate that I am trying to deal with redemption issues and I still get routed to the commercial person. I am trying to get them to refund my miles so I can rebook another award flight so I need it done soon before they book up those tickets. I'm on the phone with them again for the 4th time as I type this so we will see if tonight is any different. Positive is that it only took 32 mins 42 sec for them to answer this time.
I've never gotten them to answer the live chat and I sent an email about 2 weeks ago with no response.
*Update* They can't see Saver awards that the website has up so they can't book me on flights....another worthless interaction with Singapore. The CSR tells me that all the "SAVER" award flights I see aren't actually there when a person would actually try and book them. Which I can't test out because they still haven't returned my miles from the first time the cancelled everything.
