I too rang YouFirst this week after abortive attempts to contact BAH directly or via the 0800 number to sort out an impossible connection due to rescheduled AA flights. The wait was about 10 minutes and I was expecting they would try and transfer me but no, the very helpful, friendly and professional agent took responsibility and sorted it out directly, to my preferred option.
So credit where it’s due, I’ve always found them very good, even in the current circumstances.
