If Hilton treats FHR rate as elite qualifying night, then Diamond elite credit should be provided on top of whatever credit/ breakfast your rate entitles to. FHR rate sometimes is more expensive than Hilton.com rate.

Whether FHR is elite qualifying or not for Hilton chain, then I am not sure.
