The LV Astoria though went beyond what they are required, specifically both the FHR and Diamond breakfast were delivered as F&B credits that could be used any time of day, it would have been reasonable for the hotel to simply say you get breakfast for two and that covers both the FHR and Diamond breakfast. Since the current Hilton benefit is a F&B credit that is not specifically for breakfast, it doesn't seem like the hotel is treating it correctly in saying they don't have to give you both, they are not for the same thing.
Agreed the LV WA does a good job. At Conrad RW you will constantly have to keep an eye on your credits / timing of charges - every person you speak with will tell you a different thing (what you are entitled to receive, when you can use it, which restaurants) and then you’ll still have to figure it out at check-out.
