If you redeemed Aeroplan points for merchandise like an iPad, that's through the Aeroplan eStore run by RewardOps.

You said you've "heard nothing" since ordering. Did you at least get a confirmation e-mail? Were the points deducted from your account? Does it show up in your order history?
