I have a video of a few minutes of the incident showing taxiing, the chaos and lockers open. I got the the contact details of the one family impacted. I’m just wondering the right approach to complain as I lost faith with BA a few years back, I’m just using up avios and 2for1 vouchers, and accepting they are a better option than RyanAir etc on short haul.
If you feel really strongly about it send it to BA's safety department.
They will investigate and decide how best to prevent a recurrence.
