I flew both in July and they are similar, but different More space and privacy with the throne seat, but the seat itself is a bit more comfortable/soft on the A339. I think I prefer the A339 in general.

UA's planes are tired, bad service, and TP's food/wine is currently better than UA's slop. Unless you are in new Polaris, I would choose TP over UA.
