No response, I'm planning to call on Monday with my email case reference number.

Curious to see if any others have the same issue. I have 28 segments and over 74,000 earned EQM flown on Alaska plus an additional 2 segments and over 1,000 earned EQM on American. One of my Alaska segments from this summer included a same day change and nothing posted until I called to ask (the online form didn't work). *Guessing* this IT issue could also be another possibility why the 50,000 bonus miles didn't automatically post.
