Did I say we got beside ourselves? No, I did not. You are putting words in my mouth. I did complain and we got nothing but a non apology. As you intimate, the scale of this is not enormous so we did not push.
All I am saying, and you seem to be wilfully misinterpreting, is that we all deserve to get what we pay for. Do you disagree?
